Tai Chi for Stress Relief will help you experience strength, centeredness, and peace. You’ll practice sensing Ki energy through a variety of Tai Chi and Qigong poses and movements.

About the Instructor
Master Arthur has taught Tai Chi for over 15 years. He currently manages the Pasadena Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi center and has studied with nationally and internationally recognized Tai Chi and Qigong Masters.
